Settings -> Suggestions: the household filters every source is held to.

The per-person block: anything left on "Follow household" keeps following it, including later changes.

Per-person recommendations built from what each person has actually watched — including the Trakt and Simkl history Plex never saw. Nothing here requests or downloads anything; a suggestion goes to that person's own list to look through.

Setting	What it does
Earliest year / Latest year	Bounds the release window. Leave both empty for no year filter.
Lowest rating	Minimum rating a title must carry to be suggested.
Fewest votes	Minimum vote count. This is the honest quality filter — a 9.4 from eleven people is not a 9.4.
Original language	The language a title was made in, not what it is dubbed into. Modes are any, prefer and only.
Keep anime anyway	Exempts anime from an only-language rule, so "only English" does not silently delete your anime suggestions.
Favour lesser-known titles	Weights the list away from things everyone has already seen.
List length	How many suggestions each person gets per build. Applies to AI suggestions.
Most on the list	A cap on how many Kustos-added titles may sit on a person's Trakt or Simkl list at once. 0 means no cap.
List name	What the list is called on Trakt/Simkl.
Send after	How long to wait before pushing a suggestion to their list.

Filtering is two-sided: a title is filtered both by these rules and by what that person has already seen or dismissed, so suggestions do not come back after being refused.
