Collectionless exclusions

Two lists, mirroring Kometa: exclude by prefix catches collections whose name or sort title starts with the given characters, and exclude collections takes exact names (wildcards allowed). Comma-separate multiple entries in either box.

Excluding a collection does not organise its items: excluded collections' items still count as collectionless, so they stay in the grid. With nothing excluded, every collection's items count as organised and are kept out of Collectionless.
