Two blocks from one collection. Seasonal window sets the months it builds in, with the switch that deletes and re-creates the Plex collection out of season. Radarr automation sits below: the quality profile box on its own does nothing, and the two switches and two ticks beside it are how it takes effect. The last tick is marked in red as downloads, because searching every owned title for an upgrade can pull a lot at once.
A quality profile does nothing on its own. It applies through the options beside it: new titles are added on it via Add missing items, and titles you already own are moved onto it via Move owned titles onto this profile.
