Run order

Each collection has a run-order number: lower builds earlier, ties keep name order.

It matters more than it looks. A collection that reads other collections' labels — "In Collections", for instance — has to run after the collections whose labels it reads, or it reads yesterday's state.

Presets and franchises are the exception: they run as one block, positioned by the Presets run before/after my collections control at the top of the page rather than by a number of their own.
