First run — claiming the install

The first time you open http://localhost:8787, Kustos is not yours yet. It serves one page and nothing else until somebody claims it.

An unclaimed Kustos: a single card reading "This Kustos install hasn't been claimed yet. Sign in with Plex to become its owner", with a Claim with Plex button.

Whoever signs in first becomes the owner, and after that they are the only account that can sign in at all — see Signing in, and inviting the household for why that is safe rather than first-come-first-served once Plex is connected.
