Precedence is explicit everywhere

Wherever two settings could disagree, Kustos states the order:

• Collection defaults: global → per library → the collection itself.
• Artwork sources: highest rank wins and overwrites the sources below it; a per-show enrolment outranks the default; art you pick by hand is never overwritten by anything scheduled.
• Cleanup limits: both the count cap and the percentage cap apply to a rule, and the stricter one wins, except that the percentage cap never drops below 20 titles, so on a small library it can be the looser one. A separate total cap bounds a whole pass across all rules.
