Auto-creates a collection for each person you own the most of — Kometa's dynamic People. They're ranked by how many of your titles they appear in, top-billed cast only, rather than from a fixed list.

The first run warms the TMDB credits cache and can take a few minutes; after that it reads the cache. People already added are skipped.
