Plex

New in 1.0.8: a page for how collections sit in Plex, first under Applications. It has two cards, under the heading Collections.

Collection defaults are the values every new collection starts with: sync mode, sort order, minimum items, collection mode and where it is visible. They were on Media management before, and they are described in full under Collection defaults.

Personal collections — share filters keeps a personal collection out of everyone else's Plex. A collection set Personal to one person is labelled for them, and these filters hide that label from everybody else.

1. Press Preview. Nothing is written. Each person who shares the server gets a line: would hide and the labels, up to date, or skipped with the reason.
2. Press Apply to N people. It asks first, because it changes what those people can see in Plex.
3. Run it again after making someone's first personal collection, or after adding a person.

No one shares this server. means there is nobody to filter. See Personal collections and the share filters for how the label and the filters fit together.
